Princeton Students

All Princeton students and their dependents who are enrolled on the Princeton University Student Health Plan have access to the EPN.  SHP enrollees (student or dependent) will furnish me with SHP ID information at the time of their first visit.  If you do not have SHP ID information, it can be verified by contacting Aetna at 877-437-6511 or the Princeton SHP office at 609-258-3138 (phone);  shpo@princeton.edu  (email).  At the time of the office visit the co-pay will be collected.
